3D printing custom products of different sizes from a wide range of materials
AE3DP provides a full range of 3D modeling and 3D printing services, including prototyping and manufacturing of various types of tooling and equipment, as well as post-processing of printed products. We have developed an innovative 3D printing technology called VTPM (Versatile Thermoplastics Particles Manufacturing - universal additive manufacturing through thermoplastic materials). Due to our technology, we offer a wide selection of printing materials. Currently we can deliver more than 30 different thermoplastic printing experiences...
Why use us for your 3D printing requirements?
We produce objects from small to large sizes: the maximum print area of the printer is 1790x1200x960 mm
Our printing technology allows us to ensure the required accuracy of the resulting products, regardless of the size of the part.
We use a wide range of printing materials, including conventional, structural and superstructural thermoplastics.

Our services:
3D printing of models, stamps, dies, molds and much more.

Creation of three-dimensional prototypes of parts, industrial and prototypes - for testing the quality of piece products or for future mass production.

Copies of sculptures and archaeological objects require dimensional accuracy. The range of shapes and textures of art objects, designer furniture and interior items depend only on the creative imagination of the artist.

We manufacture the following types of tooling and equipment to order:
Production speed is higher than when making tooling using traditional methods.
High manufacturing precision: 3D printing allows for smaller deviations in dimensions, especially for objects of complex shapes.
Polymer models are more durable and less susceptible to external influences.
Low weight is convenient for use, transportation and storage: thanks to the internal honeycomb structure, 3D printed models are several times lighter than traditional ones.
Benefits of polymer equipment made on a 3D printer:
Manufacturing of various types of tooling and equipment using 3D printing
3D printing is widely used in the production of tooling and devices used for the manufacture and processing of products.
And much more.

Creating prototypes using 3D printing
3D prototyping is the process of creating a three-dimensional sample part either for production or for testing or validation. This may be a sample for testing the quality of piece products or for the future production of a large batch of parts. Prototyping using 3D printing is used extensively in a wide variety of industries.

So-called “rapid prototyping” is in high demand. It is used when the design or construction of a part needs to be changed frequently, or when starting mass production.
Our specialists have many years of successful experience in prototyping parts and components for aircraft, locomotives, machine tools, industrial equipment and other objects for a wide variety of industries.
A 3D printer with a maximum print area of 1790x1200x960 mm, combined with a wide range of printing materials, opens up new horizons for creativity.
Models of architectural monuments, copies of classical sculptures and archaeological artifacts, original art objects, designer furniture, interior items can all be produced either in a single copy or in a series.

Complex shapes, a variety of surface treatments and many other features depend only on the talent and creative imagination of the artist.

What do you need to provide to place an order?
Source data which will be used to create a file in a special format for printing. This could be a 3D model, technical drawing, photographs or sketches. Reverse engineering is another option, when the customer brings a finished part for scanning and creating a virtual 3D model based on it.
